For that material, you really need full top support to prevent cracking in the table top. The bases below were designed for this purpose.
Dining height:
Bar/Counter height:
They can handle 1200 lbs. However, proper attachment to the tabletop is required to achieve the most rigidity.Through-bolting the base to a plywood sub-table and gluing the granite on top of it will give you the best results.
You can also glue or epoxy the material directly to the base.
